What We Believe

1. The Bible

We believe the Bible is the inspired, infallible, and authoritative Word of God—from Genesis to Revelation—revealing one unified story that leads us to Jesus Christ.

2. The Godhead

We believe in one eternal God who exists in three persons:
Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

3. Jesus Christ

We believe Jesus Christ is fully God and fully man, born of a virgin, lived a sinless life, died on the cross for our sins, rose again on the third day, ascended into heaven, and will return again in glory.
All who repent and believe in Him receive forgiveness, eternal life, and the Holy Spirit.

4. Salvation

All humanity has sinned and is separated from God.
Salvation comes only through faith in Jesus Christ, not by works.
We are saved by grace through faith (Ephesians 2:8).

5. The Holy Spirit

We believe the Holy Spirit empowers believers to live holy, obedient lives, overcome sin, and walk in the gifts of the Spirit.
The gifts of the Spirit in 1 Corinthians 12 are active and available today.

6. Baptism of the Holy Spirit

We believe in the baptism of the Holy Spirit with supernatural empowerment for bold witness and the evidence of speaking in tongues (Acts 1:8; Acts 2:1–4).

7. The Church (Body of Christ)

We believe the Church is the Body of Christ on earth, called to worship, pray, disciple, and evangelize.
Jesus is the Head of the Church (Ephesians 1:22–23).

8. Water Baptism

We believe every believer should be baptized in water as an outward testimony of repentance and new life in Christ (Matthew 28:19; Acts 2:38).

9. The Lord’s Supper

We believe Communion is a sacred ordinance to remember Christ’s sacrifice, proclaim His death, and examine our hearts (1 Corinthians 11:23–30).

10. The Great Commission

Every believer is called to preach the Gospel, make disciples, cast out demons, heal the sick, and advance the Kingdom of God (Mark 16:15–18).

11. Healing & Deliverance

We believe sickness and oppression come from the enemy, and Jesus has anointed believers to bring healing, freedom, and restoration (Acts 10:38).
It is God’s will to save, heal, and set people free.

12. Holiness & Sanctification

We believe every believer is called to pursue holiness, purity, and obedience, empowered by the Holy Spirit (1 Peter 1:15–16; Hebrews 12:14).

13. Marriage & Family

We believe marriage is a holy covenant designed by God between one man and one woman (Genesis 2:24; Matthew 19:4–6).
Families are foundational to discipleship and leadership.

14. The Second Coming of Jesus

We believe Jesus Christ will return visibly and gloriously to judge the living and the dead and to establish His eternal Kingdom (Acts 1:11; Revelation 22:12).

15. Resurrection & Final Judgment

We believe in the bodily resurrection of believers to eternal life and unbelievers to eternal separation from God (John 5:28–29).

16. Heaven & Hell

We believe heaven is the eternal home of God’s people and hell is the place of eternal separation for those who reject Christ (Revelation 21:1–4; Luke 16:23).

17. Sanctity of Human Life

We believe every human life—from conception to natural death—is sacred and created in the image of God (Genesis 1:26–27; Psalm 139:13–16).

18. Spiritual Warfare

We believe Satan and demons are real but defeated enemies, and believers are called to stand in victory through Christ’s authority (Ephesians 6:10–18; Luke 10:19).

19. Tithing & Generosity

We believe tithing and generous giving are acts of worship and obedience that advance the Kingdom of God (Malachi 3:10; 2 Corinthians 9:6–8).

Our Mission

Our mission is to lift up Jesus Christ and reach the lost—those who have not yet encountered Him.
We long to see souls saved, delivered, discipled, and planted into the family of God.

India Saved Mission exists to:

• Preach the Gospel across India

• Plant strong, Spirit-filled churches

• Disciple believers into maturity

• Raise pastors, evangelists, and marketplace leaders

• Extend the love of Jesus through humanitarian work: food, education, and care for the poor

Our mandate is clear:
To see India Saved and carry the fire of the Holy Spirit to every state and every generation.

Leadership Standards

Leadership in India Saved Mission is a holy calling, a sacred responsibility, and a privilege entrusted by God. Every leader—founders, pastors, bishops, coordinators, and team members—must walk in purity, integrity, humility, and Christlike character. These standards are established to protect the anointing, unity, and spiritual health of our ministry family.

1. Purity & Relationships

We uphold purity in all relationships and lifestyle choices.

• No secret dating or hidden relationships

• Dating only with parental consent and ISM leadership covering

• Courtship must remain accountable, avoiding secrecy or isolation

• No sexual intimacy, sexting, or compromising communication

• Married leaders must model unity, faithfulness, and godly households

• Any form of adultery or emotional entanglement disqualifies leadership

Purity protects the vessel God uses.

2. Accountability & Transparency

Leaders must walk in light and truth.

• Leaders must live above reproach in word, conduct, and relationships

• Any moral or spiritual compromise requires stepping down temporarily

• Leaders under 18 must have parental consent to serve or travel

• Leaders must be open to correction from spiritual authority

• Leaders must not operate independently of ISM covering

• No hidden agendas, backdoor plans, or independent ministry activities

Accountability keeps leaders safe and humble.

3. Servant Leadership

Jesus said the greatest leaders are servants (Mark 10:43–45).

• No controlling, manipulating, or lording over others

• Leading by example in humility, sacrifice, and honor

• Putting the needs of others above personal ambition

• Serving with joy, compassion, and excellence

Leadership is servanthood.

4. Unity & Guarding Against Division

A divided house cannot stand (Mark 3:25).

• No gossip, slander, or sowing discord

• No complaining or undermining leaders

• Protecting unity in vision, doctrine, and relationships

• Teaching others to walk in honor, humility, and forgiveness

• Addressing conflict biblically and immediately (Matthew 18:15)

Unity preserves revival.

5. Holiness & Sanctification

Leaders must pursue a life set apart for God.

• No pornography, addictions, substance abuse, or secret sins

• Living a consecrated lifestyle in speech, entertainment, and habits

• Maintaining spiritual disciplines (prayer, fasting, Bible study)

• Modeling righteousness, self-control, and obedience

Holiness is the foundation of leadership.

6. Devotion & Prayer Life

Leadership flows from intimacy with Jesus.

• Consistent personal prayer and devotion

• Commitment to corporate prayer and intercession

• Studying the Word to grow in truth and sound doctrine

• Guarding the heart from busyness, distraction, and complacency

We lead from the secret place.

7. Faithfulness & Reliability

“It is required that a steward be found faithful.” (1 Corinthians 4:2)

• Leaders must be dependable, timely, and committed

• Completing tasks with diligence and excellence

• Honoring deadlines, assignments, and ministry responsibilities

• Showing up consistently with the right attitude and heart

Faithfulness is the mark of true leadership.

8. Integrity in Personal Finances

Biblical leaders must honor God in their financial conduct.

• No misuse of funds, manipulation, or greed

• No borrowing money from church members or disciples

• Maintaining honesty, stewardship, and personal responsibility

• Living free from the love of money (1 Timothy 6:10)

Integrity establishes trust.

9. Protecting the Flock

Leaders are shepherds, not hirelings (John 10:12–13).

• Guarding believers from harmful influences, false doctrine, and manipulation

• Creating a spiritually safe environment for all

• Reporting any behavior that could harm the unity or purity of the ministry

Leaders protect, guide, and watch over God’s people.

10. Spiritual Warfare & Authority

Leaders must be equipped for battle.

• Standing firm against Satan and demonic attacks (Ephesians 6:10–18)

• Exercising Christ’s authority with wisdom, humility, and discernment

• Living free from fear, compromise, and intimidation

Leadership is spiritual warfare.

11. Teachability & Correction

A teachable heart is essential.

• Receiving correction with humility and gratitude

• Rejecting pride, defensiveness, or stubbornness

• Seeking growth and maturity through discipleship

• Submitting to God’s refining process

Teachability keeps leaders usable by God.

12. Lifestyle of Honor

Leaders must demonstrate honor in all relationships.

• Honoring spiritual authority

• Honoring parents and family

• Honoring fellow leaders and volunteers

• Honoring those we serve and minister to

Honor builds the Kingdom culture.

13. Consequences of Compromise

Because leadership is sacred:

• Violating these standards results in temporary removal from leadership

• Restoration is possible through repentance, accountability, and healing

• Any leader unable to uphold these standards must step down voluntarily

Repentance leads to restoration.
